How to Create an Effective Transition Plan

Northshore Families Helping Families invites you to attend a transition workshop that is essential for parents of middle and high school students. It will also help parents of younger students prepare for the future by learning how to plan now for the transition years. Learn how to develop a comprehensive transition plan, what a good transition plan should include and how you can plan during the high school years for a bright future for your child once he/she becomes an adult.
